- Use of all meeting rooms including Event Manager’s room (Room 006) (excludes The Pirie Suite and The Dining Room).
- Exclusive use of all our communal breakout areas (including The Plaza and The Fowden Foyer).
- Use of LCD projector/screens and laptop in each breakout room.
- Stationery in all rooms (notepad, pens, marker pens, post it notes, blue tack, whiteboard pens, whiteboard rubber, whiteboard cleaning fluid, whiteboard magnets, flip chart pens).
- Dedicated Front of House Team leading up to and on the day of your event.
- Use of all required flipcharts, poster boards, whiteboards and other hardware.
- Personalised Wi-Fi for your event, giving you the option to choose your own username and password. Once connected, your event delegates can be automatically directed to your chosen website.
